Bennetian or julietion is a term that defines hetero attraction to men. It's a term for “straight woman,” but not all bennetians identify as women. One may simply feel like their attraction aligns with WLM.
It includes non-binary bennetians, hetero women, m-spec straights, queerhets, etc.
Its counterpart is darcian.
Etymology
The term was named after Elizabeth Bennet from Pride and Prejudice.
History
The name Bennetian was coined on October 6th, 2021 by Soulqueer-Schlatt.[2] The term julietion was coined on February 23, 2021 by Beyond-MOGAI-Pride-Flags.[3][4]
