Autilesbian is an orientation under the autiorientation umbrella which can only be understood in the context of being on the autism spectrum, when one's autism greatly affects one's lesbianism. Autilesbian is not autism as a sexual orientation, but rather an identity that is so heavily influenced by autism that one's autism and one's lesbianism cannot be unlinked. Not all autistic lesbian people identify as autilesbian, only those whose lesbianism is influenced by them being autistic. Autilesbian is an exclusive identity only to be used by people on the autism spectrum.
