Auroraromantic is an overlap between genderfluid and (romantically attracted) lesbian. An auroraromantic individual is a genderfluid lesbian who feels dysphoric calling themselves a lesbian when they are exclusively male-aligned and thus uses this label when not using the label lesbian. They could also dislike ever calling themselves a lesbian due to its common female connotations.
It can also refer to a genderfluid individual who is exclusively attracted to binary women, feminine-aligned non-binary individuals, and unaligned or multi-aligned non-binary individuals.
The sexual equivalent is aurorasexual.
