Apothiromantic is a micro-label on the aromantic spectrum. It is another word for romance repulsed. For some apothiromantics, they are repulsed at the idea of engaging in romance themselves, but are fine with romance that does not involve them. Others may be repulsed by the idea of romance in general. Those who are apothiromantic typically do not seek out romantic relationships and many dislike romantically coded actions such as kissing, or cuddling.
The sexual counterpart to apothiromantic is apothisexual. Those who are both are apothi aroace.
