Aphile describes someone who does not have great affection to anything nor a strong liking/taste for anyone.
Some aromantics use it to express lovelessness, nonamory, analterousness and agamy. It's also used as an extension to panaspec and the anattractional spectrum.
History
An image from The SAGAnthology in DiversifyLit 2016[1] alludes to lack of love as a quality of aphilic.[2] It was never fully defined until February 27th, 2019, when it was added to the definition the lack of normophilias and paraphilias.[3] Omnianattracted was suggested as an alternative by Aster in 2018 via orientando.org.[4] The definition was also based on acephilia.[5]
