Angonadal is an altersex identity that falls under the teresex umbrella in which one desires to be without gonads (testicles, ovaries, ovotestes) or has had their gonads removed due to surgery.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Someone who desires to be without testicles.
• Someone who desires to be without ovaries.
• Someone who desires to be without ovotestes.
• Someone who had their gonads removed due to disease or injury.
• Someone who had their gonads removed due to dysphoria, dysmorphia, or dysmorphia.
• Someone who had their gonads removed to induce euphoria.

Someone who is angonadal may also be angenital, however they do not have to be.
