- Someone who desires to be without ovotestes.
- Someone who had their gonads removed due to disease or injury.
- Someone who had their gonads removed due to dysphoria, dysmorphia, or dysmorphia.
- Someone who had their gonads removed to induce euphoria.
Someone who is angonadal may also be angenital, however they do not have to be.
