Amphion is a term and identity for those who are attracted to multiple sexes and genders. One does not have to be exclusively attracted to both binary genders and be binsexual , however, they have to be attracted to both binary genders or regardless of if they are a binary gender (pansexual).
It does not include those who are attracted to one binary and non-binary gender. However, anyone who is attracted to multiple genders is still m-spec and can instead use the word plurian to describe their attraction
History
Amphion was coined by Pillowfort user ArtisticallyCosmatic on January 18th, 2022, out of a need for a non umbrella term to describe multisexual attraction and a focus to be more inclusive to other M-Spec people and asexuals.
