AJemojigender, also known as Animaljamemojigender, is a microlabel of catgender. AJemojigender is a label for those who feel a connection to the emojis from Animal Jam (AJ). Someone who identifies with this may feel a some sort of nostalgia or euphoria with the emojis the game provides.
History
This term was coined by Discord users Edward (FANDOM user Zedkhia) and Jake on Discord during a conversation on December 27, 2021.[1] Edward liked the idea, and carried out this idea and created a flag and the meaning of each of the colors.
Flag
The flag was also created on December 27, 2021. The white symbol in the center of the flag represents identifying with catgender. Lime green represents non-binary genders and genders that don't fully apply to the binary. Green represents binary genders. Orange represents gender flexibility. Brown represents falling on any romantic/sexual spectrums.
