Not to be confused with Virtussexual

A flag with three stripes: red, grey and purple
    The vitrumsexual flag.

Vitrumsexual is a microlabel on the asexual spectrum. It is defined as the feeling of disconnection or separation from sexual attraction. It is described as seeing one's sexual attraction through a window or glass.

This label can be combined with other labels, for example, aegosexual, lithosexual, and polysexual.

The romantic equivalent is vitrumromantic, and the gender equivalent is aegogender.

    History

Jone#3032 on Discord (FANDOM user Tired floor) coined the term on November 14th, 2021.

    Flag

Red (#E53945) represents sexual attraction, grey (#AAAAAA) represents a window or glass, and purple (#810080) represents either the asexual spectrum or the person.

The original vitrumsexual flag created by the coiner is almost the same as the aprocreationist flag; the biggest difference is the slightly different shade of red. The coiner of vitrumsexual noticed the coincidence five months after coining.

    Etymology

"Vitrum" is Latin for glass; a glassy material.
