    An alternate quad polyamory flag.

    Quad Polyamory is a term for any polyamorous relationship structure that involves four individuals. Each of the individuals in the relationship may be involved with one, two, or all three other individuals in the relationship.

    Some possible quad polyamory relationships may look like:

    • Full Quad- Where all members are actively involved with all other members.
    • N Polyamory- Where one member of a couple is involved with one member of other couple.
    • Arrow Polyamory- Where one person is dating three individuals, however none of those three are dating each other.
    • Double V Polyamory- Where A is dating B and C. At the same time D is dating B and C. However, B and C are not dating and A and D are not dating.
    • Plus One Polyamory- Where three individuals have a triad and one individual is also dating someone else.
    • Complex Quad- A relationship where person A, B, and C are dating, at the same time A, B and D are dating, however C and D are not dating.

    It is unknown when the term was first used, however it has been around within the community for a while.

    The quad polyamory flag was created by Deviantart user NonMonoPrideFlags on January 15th of 2016.[1] It has no confirmed meaning.

    The alternate flag was created by Cryptocrew on February 1st of 2021. Light blue represents peace, dark blue represents consent, white represents unity, purple represents attraction (of any kind), green represents kindness, and yellow represents dedication.
