Neulier is a gender that is female or female-aligned, but is entirely neutral, rather than feminine. It can also be described as a someone who is fiaspec/feingender, but is ningender/niaspec, rather than fingender. It only refers to the gender itself and may or may not be related to one's gender presentation.

The terms neulier and neuvir were coined by tumblr user coiningblog on January 30, 2018.[1] The neuvir flag was also created by coiningblog (meanings unknown).
