Demiqueerplatonic is a queerplatonic orientation on the a-spectrum in which someone only experiences queerplatonic attraction after forming a deep bond/connection with someone. Attraction is not guaranteed after this connection has formed; however, it is a requirement for attraction to be possible. Demiqueerplatonic can be an orientation on its own or it can be combined with other orientations. For example, one could be demiqueerplatonic and homoqueerplatonic, meaning that when one does experience attraction it's only towards those of the same or a similar gender.
The sexual equivalent is demisexual, the romantic equivalent is demiromantic, and the platonic equivalent is demiplatonic.
