    The Anromantic Flag

Anromance is a lack of interest in all kinds of romantic pleasure, interaction, or attraction, whether it be engaging in it or hearing about other individuals engaging in it. This romantic orientation can also be used to describe hate towards romantic feelings of anybody. This does not mean the individual hates another, or themselves, or discriminates against others. It just means one has an intense hate towards any romantic feelings they have towards another or themselves.

In other words, anromance is used to describe somebody who strongly dislikes, or hates, the aesthetic of romance, and overall dreads the idea of romantic attraction.

An Alternate Anromantic Flag by Clear.Skyes

Some anromantic individuals might even feel a wave of hate towards even the smallest bit of attraction. These feelings could either have happen on their own, or without explanation.

    Another Alternate Anromantic Flag

This does not mean that an individual cannot be in any kinds of relationships.

Anromantic may be shortened to "anro." Variations include anro-jump and demianro-jump.

Similar terms include romance repulsed and apothiromantic.

    The sexual counterpart is ansexual.

The second green anromantic flag was created by an anonymous wiki user on April 8, 2021. It is based on the ansexual flag, but the stripes are green to indicate a lack of romantic attraction, as well as repulsion towards romance.
